Taking That Step

So I have NEVER jumped on the Ugg wagon.
Not sure how I avoided it since eight grade, but I have.
I just always thought they were so ugly (especially when those darned high school kids paired them with a jean skirt, please) and so darned expensive.

Admittedly I have never even tried a pair on.
And this my friends is where I have heard my mistake lies.
Everyone who owns a pair says they are just the most comfortable things well EVER.

So after years and years and years of not owning a pair I have added them to my Christmas list.

If I don't get a pair for Christmas.
I think I am going to buy them myself.
I can totally support warm, comfy 'shoes'
Perfect for house lounging, short errands, and cozy-ing up by the fire.
Yup sign me up.

So when i went to Hawaii in january, i thought why not there is the Ugg shop im going to buy a pair! I will never regret that moment!!! Honestly they are so worth the money!! the are just way too comfy!! i wear them all the time and i mean seriously all the time. obviously during summer they were put away but now they are definitely staying my feet! they are so warm! Enjoy them when you get a pair!! :D

    1. Jen, I am so glad someone was one my team, and also switched over. I'll let you know how it goes. I am nervous/sad I am finally going to take the plunge.

  3. I bought my daughter a new pair for her birthday. They are the sequin boots (she's 13) and they were $105.00. Absolutely crazy if you ask me BUT you know how teenagers are. They love labels. I will never own a pair, I've got two girls and they get all the nice things LOL

  4. I can't believe I won't be around to see this. You have resisted for so long! I will say that I think the lighter beige is more versatile than brown. I do like the buttons on the ones above though. You know I always roll mine down real far cause I'm so short!

  5. I was shopping for some shoes for work, and the sales associate brought me the shoes I requested plus Uggs. I said, "did you bring these for someone else?" He said, "no, just didn't know if you wanted to try on the hot thing." Dude, I'm here for shoes for work, don't try to sell me your $150 shoes that look like bear feet.

Admittedly, I have tried them on and they are comfortableish, but my feet become super hot quickly, so I couldn't deal.

I often take a while to resist the urge to things like Uggs, too, so no judgement here.
