So when I was sorting laundry I had this really random and slightly dumb realization.
Checking Pockets and Buttoning Jeans while doing Laundry is just plain annoying.
(read Five Loads this week)
Seriously though, think about how much time the pocket checking and buttoning takes. Pick up the item, check all two/four pockets, button and then zip the jeans, repeat. Say there are three- four pairs of jeans in the wash. Yup you've officially wasted about a minuted of your life....
Anyways. My Mom always used to nag me about doing this BEFORE I put my jeans in the laundry. I never did. But now, I realize (after five+ loads a week myself) that while yes it's one extra step before you dump the jeans in the hamper, BUT it does in fact make the laundry do-ers (me) job easier.
Moral of this story anyone I am doing laundry for (cough, boyfriend, cough) should probably try to do this job for me :)
As for What I Wore:
The infamous White Jeans.
AGAIN (sorry folks)
And I know it's after labor day, but it was still sunny and 90 plus, so I figured I'd rock it out.
I am such a rebel.
I paired it with an anchored shirt (a gift from my bestie, remember her over here???) and my Big Bauble (did you see my mini bauble yesterday here???)
Jeans//Express
Shirt//Gift (LL Bean)- don't laugh they make good stuff
Wedges//Steve Madden via Nordstrom
Necklace//Groupdealz
P.S. Gals-
